Bed linen on request (extra €40). Terrace with pine forest view, free parking. The residence is located in the heart of the pine forest with views of the golf course and access to the beach.

Discover our new home, in Moliets-et-Maa, 10 min from the beach by bike and 5 min from the village. The house has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, master bedroom equipped with a TV, with private bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a second bedroom (160 cm bed) with dressing room, a bathroom + toilet, and the third bedroom (160 cm bed) with dressing room. The living room and the equipped kitchen overlook the fenced garden, plancha, jacuzzi and private pool. With family or friends, enjoy our region peacefully.
