Quiet in the countryside and close to the city

Cozy apartment (about 40 square meters) very quiet in the countryside + at the same time close to the city. The basement apartment with separate entrance includes a combined living-bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It was completely renovated in 2019. However, it is a basement apartment, standing height in kitchen and sleeping area about 2 m. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers as there are unsecured high steps.

Central 1 room apartment at the park 24/7 check-in, near the university

Hi everyone! you will stay in a 1-room apartment (27 square meters - 3rd floor of an apartment building - without an elevator) located directly on the beautiful Schrevenpark. The apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in January 2023. Holtenauer Straße, the city center, the university, shopping, restaurants & cafes, as well as KIELER WOCHE, are within walking distance. Free parking is available in and around my street - possibly waiting time.

The modern kitchen invites you to cook, the living room with cozy, light-filled sitting area and fireplace are the center of the house. Our south-facing terrace guarantees good relaxation in beautiful nature. The crow wood and the Eidertal are only a few minutes away, Kiel (12 km) can be easily reached by bus, train or car. The Baltic Sea is a 30-minute drive.

A renovated in-law apartment awaits you. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with dining area, kitchen, shower room and a balcony overlooking a quiet garden. The living room and the bedroom each have a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove and oven. The granny apartment is on the 2nd floor. On the southern outskirts of Kiel in tranquil Mielkendorf, our small guest apartment (about 40 square meters) is quietly situated in nature with views of the sunset and the Eidertal with wide meadows. The area invites you to take longer walks and the bus to Kiel city center (7 km away) is only a few meters from the property. The beaches of the Baltic Sea are 20-30 minutes away by car. The Molfsee open-air museum is close by.
