You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

Close to restaurants, clubs, Praia Mole and Joaquina, very cozy and has one of the most beautiful views in Floripa, and an incredible sunset at Lagoa da Conceição. The house is on the second floor, and you have to climb stairs to access the house. Access to the beach is via a steep ramp, but for clubs and restaurants it is via a beautiful trail. There is no parking in the condominium due to the access. There is a secure parking lot at one of the condominium exits, with a daily rate of $50.00.

The atelier was built as an artist's studio, in an open loft style, light and airy. It is nestled in amongst the trees at eye level with the birds It is truly a magnificent stand and i feel very proud to show it to guests as it looks so much more beautiful than in the photos. Guests have told me about the magic of the lake at night especially during a full moon when it becomes like a mirror reflected right back into the atelier. For nature lovers, it is truly paradise.
