The Studio has been rebuilt! The project was done thinking about making it new, cute and functional. It is close to the center of Lagoa, very green, swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue (with fee) , game room, mini market, access to Lagoa and kayak and bike loan Ideal for tour/work. Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet. Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$50. Comfortable House Secret Garden, 2 suites

The house is set in a charming quiet forest and hidden from the hustle and bustle, where we have the privilege of listening to the pleasant sound of birds of the region, with the nature around it and a beautiful view of the sea. For those who like to shake, just go for the Lagoa da Conceição. At 50 mtrs from the house there is a market, an excellent bakery, restaurants for lunch and dinner, pizzerias, more ahead there are food trucks with live music and children's playground, gas station, banks.

In the morning, light gently floods the living room with a view of the lagoon; at night, the silence is only broken by the sound of crickets and the breeze. House located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in Lagoa da Conceição, where you can take a bath of lagoon and waterfall. Where only be reached by ecologic trail or boat. You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).
