The cabin is a perfect starting point for trips both inwards and outwards of the fjord if you want to experience more of the beautiful surrounding area. A real gem for those who want to find peace in idyllic western Norwegian nature.

Tindebu - a cozy cottage at Sogn Ski Center

Imagine experiencing beautiful Sogn close to fjords and mountains! There are plenty of opportunities here, both in summer and winter. And Tindebu is the perfect base :) Suggestions for excursions: - Jotunheimen with all its peaks is about an hour by car. - Nigardsbreen in Jostedalen is about an hour's drive. The hike in Jostedalen along the Jostedøla river is a great experience - Lustrafjorden has this: - Urnes Stavkirke, Norway's oldest - Feigumfossen - Fuglesteg - Molden - Lustrabadet - Solvorn with a swimming beach and there are more :)

After a good day on the go, possibly in the sunshine, there is a private outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the views and the evening peace! In the house you will find pictures and trip tips from the surrounding area. All the tours mentioned are tried and recommended by our small, sprightly co-hosts of 10, 12 and 14 years! Bed linens and towels are included in the rent and are ready for your arrival!

Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.
