Monthly Rentals in Mokotów

Great location, literally 2 min walk to the Wierzbno tube station and within 20 min or less you are in the city centre. The flat is spacious and quiet. Massive sofa bed in the lounge and Netflix for an evening entertainment. Lots of convience stores nearby to do a quick shop. We recommend Mokpol, Żabka and Putka bakery. Across the road the Miau Cafe where one can enjoy a coffe surrounded by cats! Teddy's Burger Bar for epic burgers - 5 minutes walk from the flat. Tomasz is a very responsive host. Highly recommended place.

Stayed whole Nov 2024. The flat is very comfortable, spacious and warm during winter. Real estate is new. The flat has all comforts and appliances you need. The neighbourhood has few shops and metro/bus nearby get you everywhere you need. Great communication with the host, they were attentive and cared about my comfort. I’ll definitely reconsider to be back for my next stay in WAW!

I stayed for a month and for long stays it is worth it. Apartment is in the ground floor, however it is not a problem because it is in secure gated community. 5 min to market, 10 min to shopping mall with train, so it is in really good area. A little problem is, It can also a little bit of chill when temperatures goes a little bit over 10 Degrees, because system slows down heating, however I am used to stay with t-shirt, it is not cold if you wear a thin sweater.
