A comfortable studio in a very good location. Right next to the tram stop, and at the back of the building, there is a pleasant Morskie Oko park. Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, bars, ATM, post office, drugstore, etc. Łazienki Królewskie is a 10-minute walk, and the Palace of Culture is 10 minutes by tram. A sunny and cozy apartment with two balconies in Mokotów. It is located in a building on the 9th floor with a city view (two elevators are available). Very well connected - 10 minutes walk to the metro, 15 minutes by tram to the center. 5 minutes by water park with sauna Warszawianka. Behind the building is beautiful Arkadia Park with lakes. The apartment is best for 4 people, but due to many requests from tenants, I allow renting to 5 people.
