Fresh bedding and towels included. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). 6 minutes to the Barbican, 12 minutes to the Royal Castle, 7 minutes to the subway

Bright, clean and cozy 2-level studio (26m2). Down: bathroom, kitchen, living room, comfy sofa, desk by a 3-meter window. Top: comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk. The studio is fully equipped (there's also wifi). It is located in a quiet area next to the Royal Route (the most representative part of Warsaw). Park, shops, restaurants, gym closeby. It's just perfect for: -tourists looking for a starting point for sightseeing -business travelers -people looking for a cozy and quiet place to rest :)

Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

The Studio itself is located on 4th floor (no elevator so a bit of excercise!) and is very light and quiet (top floor & window on the inside square). Made with natural components it will allow you to fully relax and recharge you vital energy while in Warsaw! Self check-in allows flexibility.

Studio is cozy, modern, freshly renovated. It is 10 minutes walking distance from Warsaw main train station. In the close distance from studio you have lot of public transport options such as metro, buses and trams.
