Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

Everything is at your fingertips - 30 minutes' walk to the Old Town, only 11 minutes to the Museum of Modern Art and Norblin Factory! Truly unique apartment designed by architect with loads of tasty touches which will let you enjoy this wonderful place. Located at the heart of Old Town, in the famous „Proffesor’s House” with the view overlooking the Vistula River the place is very cozy and quiet.The building is an old granary with 2 entrances - higher Brzozowa Str (then the apt is on 1st floor) and lower Bugaj Str (4th floor so you’ll enjoy some excercise)! Self check in/out allows flexibility. Invoice (FV) available.

A luxurious loft-style apartment located in an over a hundred-year-old tenement house. Due to the extremely high ceilings and windows you can feel space and light. While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury. The bedroom has been separated from the living area, so up to 4 people can comfortably spend time here. The central location of this appartment is an excellent starting point for any excursions.

Supreme location i very heart of Warsaw city center with plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries, nightclubs in walking distance. Thanks to its location inside the square it is very quiet. Studio is cozy, modern, freshly renovated. It is 10 minutes walking distance from Warsaw main train station. In the close distance from studio you have lot of public transport options such as metro, buses and trams.
