This 20m2 apartment studio has been modernly renovated in a historic tenement building, offers a stylish and comfortably furnished room with an open kitchen and en-suite bathroom. From the large window there is a view of the tenement's patio. Our place is just a 5 minute walk to the Presidential White House (the Belvedere) and the Royal Łazienki Park. So this makes it a quiet and safe neighborhood! The room has a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and workplace. The apartment has been tastefully designed with great attention to detail. It is a unique place for special guests. ✔The lighting was specifically designed to allow guests to choose from a variety of illumination according to their appropriate mood. It creates that superb moment for working, having an evening drink after a long day or reading that addictive novel of yours in bed. The goal was to blend the art of time into a single space, combining the history “the old”, with modern necessities. You will also find a coffee area with a Nespresso coffeemaker and electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer. You can enjoy cable TV and all necessary English, French, Russian news channels on large flat TV screen. ✔There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower place and a rainshower set, a basin and tasteful bathroom décor. ✔The Kitchenette provides all necessary utensils and equipment. There is an electric stove, electric top, kettle, toaster, microwave oven. ✔The apartment also holds a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. ✔There is a safety deposit box for your personal belongings. ✔It is on the 2nd floor with an elevator, in a very safe area with two entrance gates opened via security codes. There is a public parking in front of the entrance gate. The building is a short walk from the subway and just 1 minute from the tram and bus stop. The neighboring shopping mall has plenty of restaurants and cafes, while the nearby Green Royal Łazienki Park is where Chopin concerts are played. ✔There is a whole lot more to see in the area and everything is in walking distance. You may also choose public communication which is all around. ✔The closest bus stop is 35m, tram station is 60m, taxi point is in front of the main entrance. To the nearest metro station is 800m (12 min on foot). ✔There are bicycle rentals everywhere (closest across the street from the apartment building). There is another great mode of transportation in Warsaw, which is Uber-Taxi or ✔MyTaxi (taxi via App) and Traficar (car rental via App). ✔The electricity and water bill is included in the total rental price. ✔We will gladly assist you in purchase of commuter tickets and bicycle or car rentals.

The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Warsaw and Poster Art of Polish School. Constructed in 1915, this apartment is located at the heart of Warsaw. It has recently been renovated and refurnished to accommodate as much as maximum 4 GUESTS. The minute you'll walk in, you'll fall in love with this TIDY APARTMENT featuring old Warsaw architectural style with 3,2 meters CEILINGS, Large WINDOW, DESIGNER LAMPS, MODERN KITCHEN and CLEAN/WHITE BATHROOM with beautifully designed mixers and faucets for showers. Within a few minutes' walk, there are many activities, historical sites, restaurants, bars, shopping options, and grocery stores. A two minutes’ walk from the apartment, you'll find the TRAM/BUS STATION and VETURILO BIKE SYSTEM, which can take you anywhere in the city for several EURO per two hours. We live in a quiet area and we are looking for respectful Guests who will treat our home and neighbourhood as their home.

An apartment in the heart of the city, but very quiet. The very center of Warsaw, 2 steps from the Central Station and the Palace of Culture and Science. Close to the subway and trams. It is located in a renovated tenement house on a small, green street. There are plenty of restaurants and intimate, charming cafes around. Nearby is a great Milk Bar with Polish cuisine. Most tourist attractions are within 15 minutes. Near the building, there is a free bicycle rental (first 20 minutes free, then PLN 1) and electric scooters.

Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

Supreme location in downtown Warsaw within walking distance to such attractions as one of the best theatres in Warsaw (TR Warszawa), Saviour Square with great hang-out places (Charlotte, etc) and Łazienki Park (a bit smaller from Central Park in NYC but definitely more beautiful :)). The apartment is located in the second row which makes it very quiet and also very sunny! It’s on 4th floor with no lift so you’ll enjoy some excercise! Self check-in allows flexibility.
