Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

RYNIA, 60 minutes from Warsaw, a summer resort village, Mińsk district; NOT by the Zegrze Reservoir! SUMMER HOUSE. Very large fenced forest plot. Lots of shade - cooler in the heat!!! Barbecue, covered table, swing, hammock, carport. Forests, fields, peace and quiet. Perfect for walking, running, and cycling. 20 minutes by car to the Liwiec reservoir with a small beach, Liw Castle, and Węgrów with the Twardowski Mirror and hiking trails. Guests are always my guests - coffee, tea, salt, spices, oil, etc. are waiting for you.

Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

Tilio above Liwac

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for barbecue and bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our Guests. 8młyn is a restored year-round miller's house located on a peninsula, on the outskirts of the village, adjacent to a historic water mill from the beginning of the 20th century. Around us there are forests and meadows of the Natura 2000 area. 8młyn will delight you if you are looking for peace in the rhythm of nature - 3 apartments will comfortably accommodate both groups of friends and multi-generational families.
