Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

La maison est privatisée (en aucun cas, vous ne serez avec d'autres personnes). Vous avez un accès permanent au sauna et Jacuzzi qui se trouve dans le loft. Vous disposez d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une chambre en mezzanine, d'un espace salon et d'une terrasse couverte privative. espaces extérieurs et piscine partagés. Located halfway between Montauban, Moissac and Castelsarrasin, on the edge of the Tarn, this 38 m2 annex is totally independent of the house. Recently refurbished, it offers pleasant comfort for a family of 4. At your disposal, the swimming pool, the trampoline, the portico and the plancha. Breakfast available (€5 per person and served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am) Charging station price (11kW-Type 2): €0.30 per kWh. The reservation must be made 24 hours before guests arrive.

The Cabane des Remparts

Charming little house for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speack English;-) Attention: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me according to the weather to find out if it can be opened from 15 May:-)

"La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

The Gîte des Érables, property under outdoor video surveillance system. The wooded property is located a short walk from the Canal du Midi and thus Lake Bergon. There is a large pool to share to enjoy the sunny days. The municipality of Lamagistère is located 15 km from Agen -47-. Nearby you will find many shops, restaurants as well as the Walygator amusement park 20 min away. The nearest train station is less than 1 km from the property.

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, hammam, terrace and pool is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

Adjacent to our house, the "nice" loft (40 m²) welcomes you on a farmhouse that has become a cool and friendly living space. Wooden loft ideal for nature lovers (animals, pond, wood). Towel linens provided despite the message when you book bug! Toilet and bathroom separated by a partition but everything else is designed as a loft with curtains between the 2 night corners and the kitchen corner! This loft is exclusively for you...!

Perched in the canopy of a forest overlooking a wild valley, this comfortable cabin equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with dry toilet is perfectly suited to nature lovers or anyone looking for tranquility. STRICTLY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. Absolutely none. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.
