Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Located directly on Heidschnuckenweg in the village center, you will move into an apartment completely renovated in 2020. Matching furniture is reflected in a cozy and warmly designed color scheme. The apartment has a floor area of approx. 39 m², is at ground level and has a separate entrance. Large windows ensure a light-flooded room that, thanks to opaque and light-tight curtains, but also for late risers, has all the advantages.

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.
