The apartment is located in Lade, within walking distance of City Lade, Sirkus Shopping, and Ladestien. It may be possible to use the marked parking space in the basement by appointment, good bus connections to the city center, and walking distance to Leangen Station where the train takes you to and from Værnes. No partying, smoking or pets and general behavior that can bother the neighbors.

Free parking/car charging can be agreed upon in beforehand. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer outside the apartment, in the basement.

New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be set up for one or two people in addition. Lake view and exit to the garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and hiking areas nearby. Short distance to the store and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to the city center.
