Spacious and large apartment with availability for the most part! Grocery store, pharmacy and restaurant on the 1st floor. Bus stop with bus directly to Trondheim city center Close to the field and beautiful view from the apartment! Bedroom 1 has a 180 bed, bedroom 2 has 160 bed and bedroom 3 has 120 bed. In addition, there is the possibility of a 150 inflatable air mattress that can be placed in the living room. Sofa is also possible to sleep in. The apartment is on 4 floors, just above Kiwi and a restaurant. Buses within a few 100 meters to walk. Well-equipped kitchen, with large dishwasher. Has washing machine with drying facilities, drying rack, iron and otherwise everything you need. Possibility of air mattress in the living room for extra sleeping space . BBQ and patio furniture on the balcony. As well as a large shared rooftop terrace and outdoor area on the 1st floor. Working rotations, so have the opportunity to rent out the apartment for longer periods at a slightly lower daily price.

We are two retired people who love to work in the garden. We are renting out an apartment in our home. We've been doing rentals for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on the right side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping centre, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and grocery in the immediate vicinity. About 100 yards to bus stop that takes you into the centre.

Charming, newly furnished apartment

Newly renovated apartment in well maintained and charming building from the beginning of the 20th century. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is also decorated as an office with office desk and large screen. Both bedrooms have double beds, 160 and 120 cm respectively. The apartment has cable TV and fast internet. There is underfloor heating in every room. There is free street parking outside, but this is quite popular, and is thus often filled in the afternoon/evening.
