Candice was a pleasure to rent from. She was always very responsive and always helped out immediately. No complaints about her whatsoever! The house was exactly like the pictures and I felt at home the minute I walked through the door. I highly recommend this to whoever is traveling near or far! 10/10

We had a great time at Debi's place. She provided very helpful written instructions to follow once near her place and communicated important information thoroughly. We had no problem whatsoever while staying in her beautiful space and appreciated the opportunity to soak in the hot tub after very active days enjoying the surrounding area. We were impressed with the ease of use for simple meals in the sparingly clean kitchen and enjoyed conversations in the comfortable living room. Thanks for a great weekend Debi!

Bernadette has been nothing but amazing for our stay! This was our fifth time at Adam's place. It is an amazing property with so many amenities. It is extremely clean with everything that you can think of provided and then some extras. It feels like home away from home. They now have an outdoor table with a fire pit. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the river. They have most things you would need for the river. It is also close to several good restaurants, golf courses and the casinos. Adam and family go above and beyond to ensure everything about your stay is 5 star. They are willing to help out with anything you request or need. They accept feedback and are always willing to help and listen to suggestions. It is truly a pleasure to stay at this property. They are very responsive, Being able to use the garage and have an opener is also a plus. We hope to visit again when we are in the Bullhead City area. You will be extremely pleased if you book this location.

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

Heaven in the Desert

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as advertised. Garage space is designed for a SUV. All items worked as they should and the pool/hot was within easy walking distance. The only thing missing was some outdoor furniture for evening get to gathers with other neighbors. Thanks Jon and Angie for a week in Heaven!!

This is our second stay in five years at Douglas' house. It is so clean, warm and inviting when you enter. The guides for the home are well posted and the user manual is concise and breaks down each room. We are so amazed that a house could be so clean and fresh!. Nice updates to the exterior and such a quiet location! We have stayed at other homes in the area but always try to secure Douglas' location because the rest are just second for our needs. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful with a fantastic layout. The backyard/pool was fantastic and we spent many hours outside. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. The entire house was clean and well kept. Location was a bit further from the center of town, but we loved the quiet. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay at John's house. We rented it for a whole month while we moved to Kingman. It was a big help to have a home base while looking for a home, and getting it ready for move in. Much better than staying in a hotel. Also our dogs loved it there and the owners have 2 dog doors in the house! It was just my husband and I, but I would highly reccomended this house for a large family or group, plenty of room.

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. This condo was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the first hole of the Wolf Creek golf course. We had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms were great. Beds were comfy and there wee plenty of towels and linens.

“Classic” condo - Walk to the lake!

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.
