Great place to stay in Kingman! The house is very spacious and very clean!

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home.

Josef’s place was perfect for our multi-night stay with two little kids. There was a brand new pack and play and outlet covers in common areas. We enjoyed the games in the sunroom and the pool table in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also walking distance to a neighborhood playground which we really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

Great place to stay in a big group! 4 full sized beds is an amazing feature along with the beautiful pool and backyard. Highly recommend staying here and I will be back next year!

This was my husband and I’s first official getaway together and I believe I speak for the both of us when we were blown away. We are very minimalistic people and it helped being in a very comforting and quaint environment. Each morning we were greeted with the sounds of the goats chatting amongst themselves. My husband and I enjoyed s’mores in the complimentary fire pit right outside our door! Becky checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed from time to time :) Overall this was an amazing experience and we plan to visit again soon! We are excited to try out all the different houses on the property :)) Thank you for such a wonderful weekend !!

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

The condo was clean, cozy and easy to access! I was especially impressed with the host, Nicholas, who communicated with such friendliness and clarity. Thanks for a great stay!

I would definitely stay at Marks place again in the future! Close to my family and very affordable. Mark and his wife were super friendly. Place was clean and we enjoyed every minute!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angie's property. It was an extremely comfortable place to stay: from the bed (excellent), living area, kitchen, and outside porch. It just had a good feel. Because of this we spent more time there than we usually do at an AirBnb, more time drinking coffee, reading, walking in the nearby park, and resting. The location was excellent, situated with easy access to our activities in Mesquite and easy to travel to Southern Utah for hiking. Angie was very responsive to our questions and proactive for getting settled and leaving the property. And extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Spent a great weekend right on the river. The entire place was clean with a comfy bed and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. GREAT location right on Havasu’s London bridge boardwalk! We also loved taking the Paddleboard out in the channel. Unit had everything we needed for a mini family reunion. Highly recommend!

Debi and Nick are great hosts. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the 1st message from them. Place was just as advertised, very clean, cozy decor, uncluttered, well stocked kitchen, super comfy master bed! We had a little TV issue and they took care of it instantly. Helpful welcomed notebook. Great views outside. Location was perfect for us, close to Wolf Creek Golf Course (awesome breakfast & golf), Smith's grocery store, Eureka Casino (Gregory's Mesquite Grill-Yum!!) and everything else we needed. High on a hill, so great views of mountains and park. Quiet neighbors. There was a short walk from the car to the front door, but was easy to do. Debi's instructions were very clear. I also looked on Google Maps to make sure I knew where to drive once inside development, made it easier to find (Google directions would have taken us into the fence/off cliff, LOL). Highly recommend this condo and these hosts.

My buddy and rented this condo for a weekend full of golf. This place was awesome. From the host's communication, the price and the views. We actually didn't want to leave. It spacious and the 2 suites are a bonus if you have two families renting it. We loved it

We love staying at The Springs and taking advantage of the pristine pool & hot tub in this little community! Erin's place was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay! Easy walk to London Bridge, restaurants and water sports. Anne was very responsive. Very clean condo. Bottled water and cookies were a nice welcome gift! Loved the coffee selection and the Brita water filter! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, host was awesome and responded quickly to any questions I had.
