The place was lovely. Except the bedding sheet were very dirty in room #4. Otherwise everything else was great

We had a terrific time at Mike and Kathy's beautiful spot by the river. It was great to be able to swim at the private dock after work, especially since it was an unusually sweltering Sept. The house was lovely, stocked with everything we needed, safe, and very comfortable. Mike was extremely responsive, helpful, and generous about sharing their family's special place. If anything the photos don't do the guest house justice. We all loved our stay and will definitely be back if we get a chance.

Tara and the gang hosting the different rooms on the property are probably the BEST hosts that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have used AirBnB all around the WORLD, and I can’t think of anyone better! Communication is quick and helpful, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The space is perfect for a solo or couple getaway, or bigger group. I have done both here, and each time I’m looking forward to coming back. Don’t look elsewhere in Havasu, you’ve found your spot! Whatever the size of your party. Going above and beyond seems to come extremely natural, and that is rare these days! See you next time :)

We had a stopover in Bullhead City at the tail end of our SW roadtrip and were delighted to land at Charles' place. Well-appointed kitchen, great firm beds, incredibly responsive host. Our toddler absolutely loved the exterior decor.

The place felt very homey and it was beautiful! We enjoyed the nice backyard and all that was around the area! Dante was very helpful to answer any questions and checked in on how we were doing, I definitely recommend!

stayed for 3 days and all went well. host was easy to communicate with. the place was clean had everything I needed can't complain!

Thank you Patty for a wonderful stay. What an excellent space in a great, central location. Easily accessible to the downtown area while maintaining peace and quiet. The outdoor accommodations were so beautifully set up. We appreciated the time here.

Felt right at home, the place was very clean which is the most important part. The propane BBQ is a nice touch!! Nice quiet location and very private. 10 min drive to London Bridge.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, quiet, and very peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The instructions to get to the house were clear, making check-in smooth. The shower had great water pressure and stayed nice and hot, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. But the best part was being greeted by Shadow, the sweetest cat! He made our stay even more special. Would definitely stay again!

We had an unexpected last minute need to stay the night in Havasu, JR responded and accepted our booking within minutes. They were extremely hospitable and friendly upon our arrival.

What a super cute, clean space! All the furnishings and kitchenette were new and spotless, along with a spotless bathroom! The hot tub is even better in person, it's huge! And also brand new, as well as a new Weber gas grill (which was super helpful for cooking meals). The ambiance outside was so nice with some string lights around the fences. The only bummer was that sadly the view of the cliffs to the north are now blocked by a large house being built next door, but once you're in that amazing hot tub you won't even notice! 😉 All in all, was such a fun cute place to hang for my birthday! Thanks Lucy for everything! 💕

We loved our stay. Very relaxing. The casita was cute and comfortable. They were very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them. All and all it was a great trip and lots of R & R. I would recommend their home to others and stay there again.
