We live wonderful days!! Super indico, more space than expected, all reliable the photos, cleaning and organization note 10, bedding and smelling towels. Very kind Euridice, received us with a box of candy, ice water and a sensational energy. All nearby, clean city and with a lot to know, we already want to go back!!!

The second time we stayed at this apartment and we were extremely pleased with everything. Exactly as announced, especially regarding cleaning, availability of bedding, table and bath linen, dish cloths, clean and smells, kitchen utensils and crockery, all practical and sufficient. Super airy apartment with huge private balcony, super favorable for our Pets leisure area. It is noteworthy that hosts respond quickly, online, and are always available for any questions and are super polite. The location is perfect. We love the stay, Julia always answer us quickly to questions, apartment close to the centrinho, very well located, could do everything on foot. clean apartment, good internet, good beds as well.

The place is very cozy and complete, I felt at home, has all the resources for household chores and an excellent barbecue corner, large, clean and organized space. The location is otima, has a market and prairie less than 2 minutes away, easy access to the ring road and Anhanguera highway. Very good !!! I will be back soon without a doubt.

The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

Our stay was very good! Super friendly hosts, the home itself wonderful, quiet place, good mattresses, all well clean, kitchen with all the utensils! We will definitely come back more often, as well as being close to several sights! We totally indicate!!!

I had a great experience with Mr. Leandro, the house is very cozy and well equipped, everything clean and tidy, the hospitality, kindness and education of the host also made a total difference, he was available at all times, responding quickly, giving clear instructions and recommendations of nearby places to walk, I recommend it without so much as a second thought!! Other than that, he was very helpful, because I rented the house to propose to my girlfriend, Mr. Leandro offered to help me organize an unforgettable surprise for her, everything was very beautiful.

Communication with Tainá was always very quick, she helped us with everything we needed. The place is spacious, cozy. The description already states that you need to bring your own bed/bath linens. We took everything and it was fine. The garage is for one car only, but we left another on the street every day and had no problems or concerns.

Grazi was excellent and her mother Lourdes helped me when the inn canceled my last-minute reservation. And it was the best option., house with outside, in the center, quiet street. I would come back more often Obrigado

I spent an amazing weekend with family. the simply wonderful, cosy, extremely clean,organized and spacious lodging. By far one of the best accommodation I've ever accommodated We were surprised by the extremely clean and tidy bed and bath linens. we had a small issue with the tv on Friday that was not working, promptly Fernanda answered us and arranged for the exchange. Thank you and we already plan to come back!

The apartment is located right in the center of the city, with easy access to pharmacies, markets and restaurants, allowing all activities on foot thanks to its privileged location. The building was impeccable, extremely clean and very well equipped, with quality furniture and household utensils. Good house, very nice and quiet condominium environment..very familiar. Place to rest is a little far from the city...but we took everything we needed so it was quiet. In the condominium there is a restaurant... good food and affordable value
