Super nice place, safe, without bureaucratic excesses to get out or in. Covered garage with easy access to the elevator with a panoramic view. Ample space in the pool. We had a common maintenance problem with the shower, which the host resolved very quickly.

The house is very cozy and the leisure area is incredible, we really enjoy walking around, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the house there is a lake, a coffee shop around 1 km from the property, fishing, brewery… everything is close. The main thing is that my pet was super calm and loved the property.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we can do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and linens, it felt like we were at home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to be back soon!

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.

The stay at Vila Gloc was great! Our chalet was newly built, very tastefully decorated, the bathroom had amenities provided by the hosts as well as the kitchen with coffee, sugar etc. The view of the city of Águas da Prata and the mountains in the shared area of the Villa is amazing Check-in was great and Gil was very attentive, from booking to the last moment, with local tips, always responding quickly and very helpful I recommend the stay, thank you 🌸
