The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

Simply unforgettable! The house is a true haven with an unbelievable view of so beautiful — it looks like a movie scene! Each moment there was special, and much of it is due to host Sheila, who welcomed us with great sympathy and proactivity. From the beginning, she was always available, taking care of every detail so that our stay would be perfect. Nor can I fail to thank Elsa and Cida, who were extremely cordial, considerate and kind. It is remarkable the affection with which they take care of everything. I recommend with my eyes closed and I miss you already!

I had a great experience with Mr. Leandro, the house is very cozy and well equipped, everything clean and tidy, the hospitality, kindness and education of the host also made a total difference, he was available at all times, responding quickly, giving clear instructions and recommendations of nearby places to walk, I recommend it without so much as a second thought!! Other than that, he was very helpful, because I rented the house to propose to my girlfriend, Mr. Leandro offered to help me organize an unforgettable surprise for her, everything was very beautiful.

I spent an amazing weekend with family. the simply wonderful, cosy, extremely clean,organized and spacious lodging. By far one of the best accommodation I've ever accommodated We were surprised by the extremely clean and tidy bed and bath linens. we had a small issue with the tv on Friday that was not working, promptly Fernanda answered us and arranged for the exchange. Great apartment, Extremely clean when I arrived, everything very clean and smelling, Dona Cleusa mother of Camila and her, extremely friendly, proactive, quiet and communicative with any unforeseen event. The Apartment in Syria with good quality furniture, specifically the mattress. To the very quiet rodents and super close to the Bus Station and the bus stop that stops in front of USP, by bus is not even 10 minutes right. And it's about 10 min walking downtown. De uber everything is around $10 because the apê is well located. I recommend hosting!

I would like to make constructive criticisms. Box was leaking in the corner near the wall. The ceiling fan was dirty with a lot of dust. At the entrance of the building, the water from the air conditioning of the apartment above dripped directly onto the entrance gate, right over the head of those entering.

Everything was perfect! Everything that is described and instructions are accurate, you can't go wrong. The place is amazing, clean and everything we needed was there. We'll be back for sure!

It was a very pleasant stay… The apartment is very good and quiet, despite being in the city center… The surroundings include restaurants, squares with places for very relaxing walks … It was a great experience at last!

The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!

I had a road problem leaving the state where I live and I couldn't reach my destination, but I couldn't help but evaluate Fabio for communication and empathy when I had a problem. By warning you about the incident, you quickly answered me by directing me on the reservation. The place provides an extremely pleasant experience due to the wealth of details from the landscaping, furniture, decoration, lighting, all very well integrated with the exuberant nature around. There is a wonderful view from both the room and the overlook. And Gil and Carminha are very friendly and caring hosts. An amazing place!

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is in the center and it is possible to do everything on foot, including visiting the main sights. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the kitchen well equipped. The highlight is the kindness of the hostess and her whole family, who treated us very well, very attentive and ensured that nothing was missing, including transporting us to the bus station. I am very grateful and highly recommend the location!
