We were very happy with the accommodation as a family with young kids & sone friends. Very spacious, great hosts and one of the best views over lake como.

Silviu’s place was lovely. It was charming and within walking distance of a Chinese super market, the lake, and a place for coffee. Silviu even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station which was extremely kind. His place is close to the train station but it is a would have felt very long with our heavy bags. He was very kind and responsive before and during the visit. There was also parking right in-front of the place for our friends who had a car. We had a great stay.

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Federico is a very nice person, friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and clean. Everything you want is there. Location is great right in front of lake Como and lots of restaurants around I definitely recommend and for sure I will visit again. Thank you Federico

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

Perfect location and ideal for families (2ad and 2chd). Great for exploring lake como and very close to the train station. Everything we needed for a trip. Alessandra was very responsive and the perfect host - even bringing us a fan when we got a little warm in the evening. The space is much bigger than we realised and we loved the amount of space we had.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Villa Maria Laura exceeded every expectation. The beauty of the property and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains is breathtaking! The villa is serene and very private, but also a short walk into Lierna with great restaurants, Riva Bianca beach and boat rentals (a must do!). Also a short drive to Varenna. This thing this Villa has that others do not is Giulia, the sweetest, most amazing host! She is a wonderful communicator, extremely helpful setting up reservations, boat rentals, taxis into Varenna. I cannot say enough. Just book Villa Maria Laura. Don’t wait. You will not regret it. Ciao!

We felt very comfortable. Marco and Maria welcomed us very warmly. The house is beautiful, even with one of the most beautiful we've ever been allowed to stay in. The love that has been put into detail here is remarkable. Be it in the handmade tables or the parquet floor. Our daughter loved the friendly dogs. Definitely a relaxing stay

Maria Giuseppina and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. They were precise in the directions to reach the Bobbio plans. Great accommodation if you are traveling in 2 families, everyone has their own sleeping and washing space thanks to the two levels of the house each with its own bathroom. Then you all dine quietly in the living room comfortably. Only note, the living room does not have shutters, so in case the sofa bed in the living room is not usable if you like to sleep in the dark. We were comfortable in the rooms. Very warm house. Super recommended accommodation

Very clean and tidy appartment. Stayed for three nights, it was perfect. Parking in a garage box on the premises of the appartment building. Enrica is very responsive and welcoming. Quiet location. You can hear the neighbours in the building, but nothing too unreasonable. Recommended without hesitation!

If you're looking for an amazing view of Lake Como, this is your place! Fabulous hostess who was very responsive. Very comfortable (and she even left us fruit & cookies!) We had a car so driving down to Bellagio wasn't a problem. There's a washing machine as well. Great find. Thanks!!

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

Beautiful home and even better view of the lake and surround towns. Really what we wanted to get a relaxing yet fun experience. Would definitely come again and highly suggest for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
