This exclusive 2-storey villa is idyllically located in the upper part of the Tauro Valley with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Tauro Golf Course, right by the famous Amadores Beach. Both floors have well-equipped kitchens. The living room on the main floor is decorated with Italian furniture and with large windows and sliding doors to the garden and swimming pool. The villa has a 40 m2 swimming pool with a large sun terrace covered with anti-slip tiles. The registration number for our house is 2017/1325

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)
