House vacation rentals in Modum Municipality

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold med to voksne og to barn. Kjempefint hus, rent og innbydende, alle fasiliteter. Beliggenheten var rolig og fredelig og veldig deilig med basseng i varmen :) Pia svarte raskt og var veldig serviceinnstilt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake :)

A beautiful house which worked perfectly for our family of 7. Freshly renovated to a high standard. Kids loved the pool and it was great to have the ability to have a boat docked at the house. Amazing view. All in all a great experience.

Dette var virkelig et flott feriested hvor hele familien storkoste seg. Boligen er stor og holder en meget høy standard. Den ligger i et rolig område, men samtidig er det kort vei til butikker, kafeer og restauranter. I tillegg har boligen en flott takterasse med god utsikt, og et fantastisk uteområde med ulike soner som er avskjermet fra omgivelsene. De har et flott basseng med tilhørende solsenger, og flere ulike sittegrupper som gjør at man i finvær kan «bo» i hagen. Therese var en hyggelig og profesjonell vert som la alt til rette for et meget hyggelig opphold.

Worth it for the stunning view. As others have said its like staying in your grandparents house but that is part of its charm. The drive is steep but not that bad. Per responded well to enquiries.

Our stay at Iselin's home in Steinsåsen was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The nearby beach was fantastic, offering great attractions for the kids and providing a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. While not in Oslo, the location is sufficiently close, and I found it convenient to travel to the city a few times a week. The surrounding area offers breathtaking views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Iselin was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and prompt responses to any questions we had. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable getaway. Thank you, Iselin, for an unforgettable experience.

We had a great time at Einar’s place. The house is located near a lake, you will have a good view of the lake from the balcony. Kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils.
