Cabin on Åsen

Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Small log cabin at Holleia in Krødsherad Municipality. The lodge is located entirely for themselves, 20 minutes drive on forest road from the main road. Go all the way to the cabin. Easy standard without electricity and running running. The lodge located entirely for themselves, with lovely nature around Two bedrooms with bunk bed, where one bedroom has 120cm and 90cm beds and the other with 75cm over and bottom bunk Wood-burning stove for heating, refrigerator (gas) and two hobs (gas) Please note that there is little or no phone coverage in the cabin!

In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the barrier, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in forest waters around. Holleia offers amazing hikes for those who want to walk short and far. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are very welcome!

Forget the worries, enjoy long lovely days in this lovely cottage by beautiful Tyrifjorden. Here you are vacationing both rural and central at the same time. Oslo is 40 min away, the fjord is on the plot, golf course 5 min away and not to mention Krokskogen with beautiful ski slopes, hiking and bike trails! The cabin is newly rehabilitated and is a great custom to come back to after active days out. No running water! Drinking water comes in buckets (arranged by host), water for washing is in the faucet on the porch. Combustion toilet.

Drinking water is arranged by host. Road fee NOK 100 Bed linen and towels are not included. Recommend going up before dark. Remember the headlamp.

Spacious house for rent! This is a house for rent from the end of October to the end of April/start of May. It is a short distance to Norefjell, about 25 minutes to drive by car. There are 4 large bedrooms, with beds for a total of 16 pieces. Airy and large living room, great kitchen, there are showers and toilets, and a large drying room. There is water-borne heat in the house, with heat in the floor throughout 1 floor. Bed linens and towels can be arranged for an additional charge.

The Cabin is at the top of the hill so you will experience amazing views and extraordinary sunsets. View over Tyrifjorden. It has steep edges around the hut so small children will need to be supervised. The Cabin was built in the 1940's. The livingroom boasts enormous windows so the view is equally breathtaking both indoors and outdoors. 4x4 is recommended but you can also walk up the steep road roughly 15/20 minutes.
