On the very spot where there used to stand an old farmhouse, a new house was built in the traditional local architectural style with wooden balconies and a stone façade. The holiday flat has been furnished with everything that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Soca valley offers you unique opportunities to explore the natural and cultural heritage of the Tolminska region. Apart from several museums, there are well maintained trails leading to places of cultural interest and energy spots. All those seeking adrenaline thrills can choose from a wide range offered in the region. The LOM holiday flat is also an ideal place to stay for hunters, fishermen and bikers. The apartment is located in the quiet surroundings of the village of Modrej with a beautiful view of Lake Most na Soči. Visitors can enjoy walks along the lake, have the opportunity to fish, paddleboard and other activities on the lake. Numerous water sports are possible on the Soča River and its tributaries. On the lake, you can take a ride on the Lucija boat, see the excavations at the Most na Soči, and take a ride on the museum train. The Cerkno and Kanin ski resorts are also nearby. Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

Vila Labod ap. Tolminka

Vila Labod is perfectly positioned near the centre from Most na Soci on a 5000 m2 plot with stunning views on the lake and the mountains. The villa has three large apartments from 115, 130 and 56 m2, private parking and a beautiful garden. Ap. Tolminka, 56 m2, has one bedroom with a double bed and a bed couch and a sofa couch in the living room. There is wifi, airconditioning, tv and a new full equipped kitchen and a private terrace at the lake.

The Mill: exclusive tiny house

This newly renovated tiny house offers you a quite, private, and beautiful place above the village of Modrejce, with a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Soča river. We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.
