Appartamento arredato con grande cura e attenzione, molto attrezzato, pulito e piacevole con bellissima vista sulla città’. Host molto disponibile e reattivo.

Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung mitten in Modicas Altstadt, so etwas Außergewöhnliches sucht man sehr lange. Klimatisiert und vollausgestattet kann man auch gemütliche Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so leicht zu erreichen, weil die Parkplätze etwas außerhalb liegen (bzw. liegen müssen). Weil Modica sehr schön auf zwei Hügelseiten liegt, gibt es in den Altstadt Gassen viele Treppen, die ggfs nicht so leicht mit kleinen Kindern oder älteren Personen zu machen sind (unsere beiden Kinder waren 12 und 9 zu der Zeit, das ging super). Modica war für uns ein absolutes Sizilien Highlight gewesen, die Stadt ist nicht übertouristisch voll (wie zB Taormina), aber wunderschön und zugleich lokal authentisch. Würde sofort wieder hinfahren. Sonia und Henry waren genauso perfekte Vermieter wie ihre Wohnung, jede Anfrage wurde sofort geklärt und wir haben noch tolle Tips bekommen.

Our stay at Emiliano’s home was nothing short of amazing. Emiliano and his son met us at the location he provided for parking our car where he offered us assistance with our luggage and showed us to the home which was very thoughtful. He explained in great detail the space, the amenities, and provided many complimentary treats that were greatly appreciated. The space itself is a once and a life experience. The cave is breathtaking and does an amazing job of immersing you in the city of Modica. It was very clean, tidy, featured many modern appliances, and had special attention to detail to make the stay even more perfect. We appreciate the hospitality of Emiliano and hope to be able to return to this amazing place!

El apartamento está muy bien renovado, decorado con pulcritud y es cómodo. La cocina tiene de todo lo necesario, el colchón era nuevo y se descansa muy bien en él. Barrio tranquilo, bonito y a un paso de todo. En la época en que nosotros visitamos (Mayo) se nos hizo fácil aparcar en la zona azul de Corso Umberto I. Céntrico para visitar Módica y todo el valle de Noto (cosa que nosotros hicimos hasta llegar a Siracusa y las playas). Genial el apartamento y la ciudad, Giorgio muy amable. Esperamos volver.

Soggiorno ottimo! L’appartamento ha ogni comfort, si percepisce l’attenzione da parte dei proprietari (ferro da stiro, friggitrice ad aria, acqua e colazioni abbondanti). Non trovo nessun difetto!! Elisabetta ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi. Torneremo :)

Really good and pro-active contact with the host. He also provides you with a printed out recommendation list of restaurants etc. Nice big villa in a peaceful and quiet environment, and a very nice big garden. Loved to have breakfast in the garden. The house is really big and it breathes 'warmth' and 'character'. At the same time it is also really clean and neat. We stayed 4 nights with a child of 1.5 years and nothing to complain about. Location: as I said before, peaceful and quiet, while at the same time close to Scicli, Modica and Ragusa. Maybe the only 'complain' is that it looks much better than on the pictures :) Loved it!

Merci infiniment à Giusy pour sa bienveillance et son hospitalité à faire de notre séjour à Modica une réussite. L'attrait de ce logement fut avant tout son aspect pour le moins peu conventionnel. En effet, n'ayant jamais habité dans une grotte, quelle meilleure opportunité. Pour ce point, nous devons avouer le côté impressionnant de ce logement avec son hamac directement installé au cœur de cette grotte. Je pense que ce lieu ne peut attirer que des personnes qui comme nous aimons l'aventure d'une expérience hors du commun. Hormis cette caractéristique, la partie traditionnelle est bien aménagée, avec une cuisine ouverte très fonctionnelle, avec un four, et une plaque quatre feux à gaz, ce qui n'est pas négligeable surtout si l'on aime cuisiner. Il y a également un système de chauffage à granule bien pensé. L'étage supérieur construit en mezzanine est très spacieux et minimaliste avec une vue imprenable sur la grotte ainsi qu'une percée romantique sur le haut de Modica.

Die Wohnung ist super schön. Alles war super sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer von der Küche aus und vom Masterbedroom sind schön. Der Masterbedroom ist wirklich großartig und hat ein super bequemes Bett. Die beiden Betten im anderen Doppelzimmer sind etwas wackelig und kurz, bis 1.80 m Körpergröße aber kein Problem. Die Lage in Modica ist perfekt und Modica hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Mary hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Cafés gegeben. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.
