We are in the heart of the historical center. Independent house, with a spectacular panoramic view (about 80 steps to get to, typical in Modica), bright and thoughtfully furnished. Terrace, living room with sofa, open kitchen and dining table. Two bedrooms, one with a large bed(tatami with futon) and beautiful view, the other smaller (tatami with futon)and a high window. Two bathrooms with spacious showers. FREE WIFI, air conditioning, laundry. Close to coffee, restaurants, market, grocery stores.

A place to stay for days, to think, relax, cook and eat, catch the sun, write and eventually work with a very fast wifi reaching the garden as well. The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

I rent my single house located 500 meters from the historic center. The house comfortably sleeps up to six people. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a mezzanine with a small bedroom. Set in a quiet environment,with a unique rocky panorama, the Casa di Saro is located in an area with free public parking and essential services (pharmacy at 250 meters approximately, supermarket at 10 meters approximately) . The house can be reached comfortably by car.
