This cottage was perfect for our Mother’s Day getaway. Very clean and cozy, and being able to walk through the grounds to the restaurant, tasting room, and mermaid museum was a definite plus. 10/10, will come again and recommend to our friends.

This place was EXACTLY as described! SeaBrook is a quaint little town and this place was near everything and was honestly the prime location that was tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The place itself was clean, fit all of our needs for a family of 3, and was pleasant!

He really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was an absolute bonus. The property was very private and quiet. Couldn’t recommend it more! We didn’t see any otters, but it was still a great view to wake up to. Definitely think we’ll come back to that spot when we come back up to visit.

We had a great one night stay. It was exactly as I pictured it being based on the description and the provided pictures. It was very serene and provided the much needed quiet evening my wife and I wanted for our anniversary. It was also very dog friendly and made for a stress free getaway. One tip for others: the door has an electronic lock and you need to pull the door shut tight while it locks or the door will not lock. It works fine, but the door needs to be adjusted. This is not a complaint, but a tip for others coming in so you don't inadvertently leave the place unlocked all day.

Breakwater is our new home away from home. Love the cottage and location. Amazing place to stay our favorite and staff all phenomenal.

Jo was a very responsive and accommodating host. The venue was exactly what was pictured, we loved the arcade/entertainment room. Was very close to the beach for razor clamming.

I was happy to find a quiet neighborhood, space to park our 22' class c, comfy place for husband, mother-in-law and me. Beautiful yard , walking distance to the ocean, very happy.

The cottage was lovely, in a quiet area, and check in/out was an easy process. This home is pet friendly and very clean. Whenever we come back for a visit, we’d love to stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. It was a very good stay! The only thing that I would note is that you only get the downstairs portion of the house (although, no one was staying upstairs while we were there, so that was a plus). It was a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and there was almost NO people on the beach! Loved that! We drove down to Ocean Shores, one afternoon, and that beach was PACKED. It was nice to get back to our quiet beach. Good stay! Worth it!

As always things went excellent. We always stay here whenever we are down that way. It is always the same…..EXCELLENT

Great to be close to the docks since my trip was for fishing. Very responsive when I had a question. Had great kitchen essentials! Was pleased with there being everything I needed! Great!

Not only was the location perfect for our fiahing charter trip, the Starbird Cottage was spacious and had everything you could need when visiting Westport! Our group was from several households and everyone was easily accommodated and comfortable in this home, including our 2 year old grandson and our dog. We bought & ate fresh cooked crab as a group at the large table which was lovely. The fenced yard for the dog & grandson, well stocked kitchen, fish cleaning sink available (to clean the crab we purchased) hooked up to the hose in the side yard were all beyond appreciated. I can honestly stay this is one our favorite Airbnbs to date! We hope to use it again when vacationing with extended family! Thank you Kyle & Julie for sharing your home, we truly enjoyed it!

Karen’s property was amazing! We had local restaurants 10 min away and could walk to the beach. We loved the fire pit in the backyard especially!!!

Great location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. The house was nice and cozy and had everything we needed for a 5-day stay. It was a bit buggy outside which made sitting on the deck a challenge but nothing to do about that. Overall we had a really nice stay.

Had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay! Came for a few days away from the city life and so my pup and I could put our toes in the sand. Nothing makes her happier than the beach! The space was lovely, comfortable, and very well appointed with all the things I needed to cook for myself, which I appreciated. Great location with easy 5 min walking trail to the beach. Hosts were very friendly, communicative and generous to share their special space. Definitely will be back!

Had a fantastic stay at the Razor Clam- clean, cute and comfortable for us and our dogs. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking, close walking distance to the beach, perfect weekend getaway! Hot tub was a plus!

This space was perfect for our little get away to the ocean. Small but had everything we needed. The couch pulled out to be a bigger bed and made it more cozy to relax at the end of the day. We would have been happy to stay longer if we had the time as there was everything we needed. Close to shopping and the beach, but we chose to drive as we had our infant with us.
