Surprisingly quiet even though it’s located very close to a variety of shops, cafes, wine bars and coffee shops. Large king bed, very well stocked kitchen and a cosy, inviting living room. The garden has a charcoal bbq and a large outdoor dining area.

Emil and Erik were friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to public transport. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was nice to spend my downtime there.

This was my first visit to London, and it was fantastic! Even before my arrival, I felt welcomed while I was in touch with Janus and Kate about my check-in time. They were both very supportive and flexible. I checked in late in the evening, and my hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind. My room was cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept soundly. Additionally, the house is in a great location—everything you need is nearby: an underground station is within a one-minute walk, and a supermarket and bakery are right downstairs. The house is in Hampstead, a green, quiet, and tidy area with a large park nearby and foxes roaming around. Central London is also easily and quickly accessible—15-20 minutes by tube. The next time I'm in London, I want to stay nowhere else but with Janus and Kate

Stayed for the weekend. 5 mins walk from the Tube, easy to find and very quiet area. Lovely home and the room and bathroom space and very clean. Received a small basket with breakfast nibbles each morning, which was lovely with our morning coffee. Host quick to respond and we couldn't fault our stay.

I had a great stay with Josie! Perfect for a female solo traveller wanting to explore London. The room is very clean, the neighborhood is filled with nature, and in walking distance to groceries, cafes, and Kentish Town Station. Very easy access to Central London. Josie is friendly and very accommodating.

We stayed in a beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood, had ample space to park on the driveway, has a mini lift for our luggage to the first floor which was a welcome bonus for I had strained my back. The room was spacious and comfortable even for the 3 of us, the bathroom and kitchen very clean, and we managed to do our washing as there is a washer and dryer. Ali's welcoming friendliness made our stay perfect.

Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, set against polished wooden flooring and bright windows allowing natural light.

I really enjoyed staying with Kamy. Her place was a warm and comfortable environment that I could return to after my London adventures. I enjoyed getting to know Kamy a little bit and she seems very aware of giving space to her guests while also checking in on them and ensuring that they have everything they need and that they're enjoying their time at her place and in London. I'm so glad I chose to stay with Kamy and listened to the glowing reviews about her which are all accurate - thank you Kamy.
