Our stylishly furnished apartment (45 sqm) on the outskirts of Uttendorf can accommodate 1-3 people. Just right for those who are looking for peace and want to forget the stress of everyday life. It has a fully equipped combined living and dining room. The bedroom with walk-in closet and modern box-spring bed as well as a flat-screen satellite TV is inviting for relaxation. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. A terrace with beautiful panoramic views invites you to relax.

Private terrace on the sunny side with barbecue facilities. Underfloor heating and a barrier-free shower ensure a comfortable living environment. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a crib.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
