We loved this super cute apartment. 4 of us girls had a night out and was a great location to walk to Power and Light. Super clean and felt safe!! Great to get breakfast across the street before checking out the next morning!

Great apartment for 2 people to spend time in Downtown KC! The host Caleb was very responsive and had great check in instructions! Street car access is close and there is so much to do! Plenty of Uber and Lyft cars around if you need to go further out of the city. Place was nice and clean, and security staff were very helpful and friendly! Had a dead battery when we went to leave and security had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for that! Checking in is a simple process but can be confusing if you don’t read the instructions carefully! Building is a bit confusing when you first arrive but we had it down after a few times leaving and returning! If I had to find one bad with this place it would be the squeaky metal bed frame. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame needs to be tightened, and have some WD-40 treatment. 4.8 out of 5 for sure will be using again when visiting downtown KC again! Cheers

The James Stay is a hidden gem, beautiful, comfortable, lovely balcony, and spacious. It was a treat to find a few kitchen staples as we stayed a week. Everything worked and Michele is so gracious and knowledgeable. You are in walking distance to a great coffee shop, mexican food restaurant and Bob' burgers. Each has great food. Will return each year to enjoy.

Simone was super sweet and a really great host. She answered quick to any question I had and was super friendly and laid back. I would definitely recommend this place so beautiful and clean and is close to everything. Amazing stay I loved it!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

Very convenient, it was close to many places we wanted to visit. Friendly neighborhood as well. Loved the pool!!!

My husband and I spent the weekend here and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and was a welcoming environment to relax in after a day of activities. The area has many things to do and places to eat within walking distance. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay and experience the heart of Kansas City.

The place was exactly as described and super close to pool and the amenities. Point Royale is a great property to stay. He left us with plenty of towels, bedding and pillows.

Ginger’s place was wonderful! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! She was super quick to respond if I needed anything and very helpful and kind! The area was perfect for easy access to the pool and pickleball area, great for young kids! Would definitely recommend!

The condo was amazing, just as advertised. It's right next to the river and downtown was easily walkable. Everything was super clean and well maintained and I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Place was just as described, clean, communication was great. Lots of amenities and good food on the resort!

We love the Porte Royale Golf Club. It is close to go to Sights & Sounds shows, restaurant, and shopping but far enough away that it doesn’t seem touristy. We especially enjoy going for our morning walks with nice sidewalks and lots of beautiful outdoors. Sunrise on the balcony was special each day and it’s very convenient to the pools. We tried to do breakfast at the clubhouse but it didn’t open until 8 am, perhaps another time. We had a relaxing time and slept great, loved using the fan. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Our stay at Jennifer’s condo was great. The condo was clean and welcoming. The amenities were well stocked. We had great communication and clear instructions. We brought our little dog with us and felt so comfortable with all the guests walking their dogs. Very peaceful and relaxing visit.. highly recommend.

Like the others, we loved this condo. But in the spirit of leaving behind something more useful than “Great place! Would stay again!” here is brand new information: First, the bedside tables each have a little cubby perfectly sized for a CPAP machine. Rejoice! It could also house a bottle of vodka, a half-eaten package of Fig Newtons, and a copy of Anna Karenina. Probably. There are power outlets on both sides of the downstairs bed. This allowed me and my husband to charge our phones, which in turn allowed us to lie in bed side by side, scrolling TikTok until we questioned whether human connection was ever real in the first place. As for the bed itself: imagine being lovingly held by a giant, benevolent marshmallow. I slept so well we began to question whether we had any reason to ever leave the condo at all, which raised larger, more existential questions that I am still unpacking. In short: come for the condo, stay for the sleep. BYO Fig Newtons.

Home was just as described in the pictures. It was very clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood. My family appreciated the bottle water in the fridge. We will definitely book Travis’ place again in the future.

The house was amazing, and there were many places/stores near the neighborhood so it didn’t feel secluded. the lock was a little confusing but it’s mostly because we’ve never experienced that lock before before. But after talking to the host, it made more sense, so thank you for that. But overall, beautiful house, peaceful neighborhood, and a very nice host!

Nice place, quiet neighborhood, plenty of choices for food. We enjoyed the spa bathroom and fire pit very much.

Perfect location with private deck and access to boat dock. Sometimes we sat on the patio and listened to music coming from Margaritaville across the bay. It’s an easy car or boat drive to lots of other places in Osage Beach and we enjoyed many of them. It was reasonably priced for a two bedroom condo with boat and trailer parking in this area. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Three floors with two bathrooms at each level was really nice for our big family get together!

This place was great, very clean and close to a lot, happy there was a driveway to park in, the street is a bit congestive with other people parking from nearby rentals. This place was incredibly safe and clean. I’ve stayed at a different property owned by the same people, and they are 10/10 hosts with recommendations nearby. I dont see myself ever not staying at one of their rentals moving forward.

We brought our kids and grandchildren and everyone had a blast. Kids loved the slide and game room and the pool was a hit 😍
