The location is perfect to enjoy of all of San Clemente’s best beaches, trails, restaurants, shops, golf courses, etc.

Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

New TVs in both the living room and bedroom as well as new canned lighting and ceiling fans to go with the bamboo and tiled flooring throughout. This is the downstairs unit.
