Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. This listing is for DAYLIGHT BASEMENT of the home which has a private entry and parking for 2 cars. Laundry, a full kitchen with a gas cooktop(no stove). There is a patio with a BBQ. We live as a family on the upper level of the home so there may be noise. We do have a Goldendoodle Otis which you may see outside.

Relax at this guest house surrounded by Anjou pear trees. This is the perfect, quiet, getaway for a long weekend in the sunshine of central Washington, just 20 min away from Leavenworth and an hour and 15 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. Additional guests may be allowed upon request (children). There is a queen bed on the main level and two twin beds in the loft that are accessible via a telescoping ladder.
