Basement suite has its own private entranced. One very comfy Queen size bed, with a separate living room and private bathroom with stand up shower. Coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, this is not a full kitchen. This is perfect for a relax get away for 2 people. ***No parties or gatherings/no smoking on property***

Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Just off highway 1 with the view of Cheam mountain range. Modern 2 bedroom basement suite on a quiet street. A short drive to Bridal falls, water parks, Harrison Hot Springs and many more beautiful nature activities. 12 minute drive to Chilliwack. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening in the hot tub. We are a family with three children at home, while we are not loud and the suite is well insulated, you can expect some living noise.
