Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

There are several nice beaches in about 10 minutes drive to Carrara Marina and ca 15 min to the beach in Marinella. The house is surrounded by vineyards, with beautiful view to the ocean and the hills. There are nice path`s for hiking in the area, and up to ruins of castello Moneta. The access to the house is a narrow old road, but the landlady will guide you up from Fossola village the 300 m.

Serena's place (who is an excellent host!) is ideal for anyone who wants to go to Massa. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the city, it is quite large, very clean and very well equipped. Would highly recommend!

Very nice accommodation in the historic center of Carrara. Beautiful monuments, pleasant squares to eat excellent pizzas. A beautiful free sandy beach with parking opposite (€4), but also hikes. In short, a wide range of activities. Only one downside: pay attention to the ZTL in Carrara because no one mentioned it in previous reviews.

A view from the open window displays the historic Teatro degli Animosi, characterized by its elegant columns and classic architectural detailing. The surrounding area includes palm trees and a plaza with outdoor seating for guests, offering a glimpse into the vibrant life of the city.

I highly recommend this very well-equipped, new and healthy accommodation. The apartment is perfect for a couple and can even accommodate two children if necessary. Very good location in the city center of Carrara, everything is on foot. The owners are lovely and very attentive, to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
