On the 3rd floor, there are small cozy rooms. Bathroom and toilet downstairs and upstairs. Take advantage of the pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. We are happy to rent equipment for everything.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Visit a small hut in the middle of the forest in complete privacy, which deserves a second chance. Like most things inside the cottage, which are reused items saved from being thrown away. The interior is inspired by the legendary freedom and wildness of the surrounding nature, right where the first settlements were established, just a few minutes from Prague. The place is ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature at every step - at breakfast or cooking, at bath or even at bedtime.

Smrkovka also includes a terrace with garden furniture, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings. And all this in both sunny and bad weather, snuggled under a blanket.

The place is very quiet, perfect for mushroom picks and fishermen. The advantage is also proximity to the capital city of Prague.
