It’s a beautiful little spot right off the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was peaceful & very relaxing. Great spot!

Property and amenities are accurately described! The property is nicely situated on the bayou for great views and recreation. My family liked its convenient location to many things including near fishing spots and a variety of good restaurants. It provided for comfortable sleep and cooler temperature if wanted. The host is kind, considerate, and welcoming. We would look forward to staying again!

Best host ever, so responsive and helpful. Our room wasn’t ready and she has us instantly go to a different room which was so nice and amazing! She was very active and helpful throughout our whole stay! 100% recommend.

The place was perfect. Looks exactly like the photos, and is fully stocked with everything you could need. The balcony & view were the main reason for booking this Airbnb. Originally we booked across the street at a larger place w. more amenities but SO glad we made the switch. The location of Jeff’s does not disappoint. Exit the elevator and walk right to the beach. My only complaint is the bed is stacked up onto some kind of plastic blocks to lift the bed allowing for under storage. These plastic blocks fell over leaving us confused by if the bed was broken or not. The bed is also 3 feet off the ground and is not easy to get into and definitely would not work for someone unable to climb into it. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy little place, had all the amenities needed for cooking. Found the surrounding area safe. Great spot to stay if you’re looking to spend a lot, get the most bang out of your buck.

This place is amazing! Clean and feels like home. So much space and room for so things to do. The house is secluded but not at the same time. The small “beach” at the house is a major bonus. Kids could easily go play and we could watch from the porch. We seen all kinds of wildlife from eagles, cranes and even a fox. This was the first family vacation we have had in years and it was over Christmas. Dillon did awesome with a Christmas tree and lights on the house and even supplied a gingerbread house for us to build. We definitely plan on being back in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside much more.

We stayed at Becky's place in Panama City Beach. it was our first time to the area and there was a wonderful book of things in the area and a map of the resort. Everything was so sweet and easy to find, while some things were closed for the holidays the place is still a great location just steps from the beach and a short drive to the main pier and boardwalk. We could always find a heated pool with a few of them on the property and loved that there were pickleball rackets to use just outside the door in the court. Loved the space, even better than the photos and loved that there were a few of the essentials (shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry, etc. ). Thanks so much for the wonderful stay and great house!

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We booked this house for our Golden Girls trip with our grandma and it did not disappoint! It was just as pictured and the backyard oasis was STUNNING. We spent the majority of our time in and around the heated pool or on the patio. The host was very responsive and provided essentials and local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back!

We will definitely book here again. Very easy access to beautiful beaches and the pool was refreshing and clean!! The rooms were a good size and the living room area is actually bigger in person than the photo show. We enjoyed the balcony views ! Super clean place, don’t have any complaints!

Quick response and flexible with our last minute reservation! Check in was seamless, plenty of parking, friendly staff, very clean place with excellent amenities! The view was stunning, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and sleeping space. Easy access to beach chairs and umbrellas, we had everything we needed and more! Tasteful decor that created peaceful space. Clear instructions and security checks bracelets and maintains safety on property.

We enjoyed a four-night stay in the middle of April. To our surprise, it was not packed during this time of year, as we expected spring breakers. It was peaceful, safe, and had lots of fun things to do. My kids loved the bungee jump, feeding the fish, pool, playground, marina boardwalks, and playing on the beautiful grounds. We enjoyed walking to dinner instead of getting into the car again. The condo was nicely equipped and clean. We loved the porch and watched ospreys feed their babies in a nest right off the porch. We highly recommend staying at this property!

We had a fantastic time at this nicely renovated condo at Fort Walton Beach. The space was modern, clean and decorated with beach vibe. The bed and furniture were very comfortable making it easy for a relaxing time. The location is prime with walking distance to the beach and a short drive for restaurants and shops. Elie and Charity are excellent hosts, answering questions and providing a handbook with local recommendations and clear instructions. This comfy condo is definitely the place to stay!!
