The studio at Karen's is a beautifully private space in a green and serene spot in the Kent countryside. The space has been put together with taste, care and wonderful attention to detail. We had a lovely, relaxing overnight stay, felt warmly welcomed and the breakfast (yes guys, this is an Airbnb in the truest sense of the phrase) was absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate!

We had a wonderful night away at Sunflower Stay for my son’s birthday. Having a fully enclosed area outside of the bell tent meant we could also take our Beagle to join the fun. Being so close to the animals was amazing and we all enjoyed feeding them :) We took a 15 minute stroll to the seafront, had lots of local takeaways to choose from for our evening meal and enjoyed toasting marshmallows around the fire pit before bed. A magical, natural, wholesome adventure - thank you Cher & Reuben! We will be recommending to our family and friends <3 xx

My friend and I spent 1 night at this lovely accommodation. It's just perfect. Surrounded by nature, and very calming. Michelle has thought about everything you may need. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and it was even better than we expected. Michelle is a great host, very welcoming and kind. We went to the local pub which was lovely. Would definitely return

Wow! What a great find, I will definitely be back. Came here for some me time and to relax and the penthouse apartment was perfection! Samantha is an amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to messages and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and SO comfortable and the added touches like milk, juice, jams, biscuits and ice creams made me feel so comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door! The whole apartment is so well equipped and the view from the living room, well I could stare at that forever! Thank you!! I will be back one day and I’m already looking forward to it!

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Honestly what a lovely time! We’ve stayed in a host of airbnbs over the years, and this little cottage has been one of our favourites! The hosts have done a beyond incredible job with restoring the place, and so much thought has gone into every aspect. It was a comfort to know we had all the basics and then some! Allowing us to slip into comfort immediately. Highly recommend, rain or sun, if you’re fancying a change of scenery to get your creative groove back! Also shout out to susies incredible hosting skills, we felt very at peace and I’ve already recommended it to my parents. I’m sure we will be back!

Incredible stay - cant even begin to explain how beautiful the cottage and it's surroundings are. The team were very accommodating, friendly and helpful! Could not have asked for a better weekend getaway for the bride to be. A quote from the bride, "I came here for my hen do which was organised by my friends. The place was spotless and in an ideallic location, and the staff were so responsive. Every room was spotless and smelled great and the catering was adjusted to all of our dietary requirements. Im one happy bride with a happy stay and I’d love to come back again x" A massive thanks again to the team !

We had the pleasure of staying with Kate during our hike of the North Downs way. Kate is a lovely host, and we were graciously welcomed into her home. The place was exactly as described, and very convenient for the hike.

The charming Victorian property features exposed brickwork and a decorative arch over the entrance. A vibrant blue front door is framed by lush greenery and flowering plants. The small garden is enclosed by a low brick wall and a wrought iron fence.

Killara is a kind, caring, friendly and welcoming host. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and attractive, and Killara has thought of many things, for example books, maps and information, to enhance a stay in her home and local vicinity. The location is only a short distance from Favenham railway station from where there is frequent access along both the coast and inland to Ramsgate, Dover, Canterbury and London and many other places. This was an ideal location for my walk from Ramsgate to the Hoo Peninsula. I would highly recommend.
