We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

The house was lovely, in a great location and very quiet. Stewart was quick to respond to any queries and gave some brill reccommendations about things to do nearby. Had a lovely trip!

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Great accommodation which suited the needs of our group. Jo was an excellent host, and very responsive to messages. The hot tub was a brilliant extra which we enjoyed on the first night and felt like a real treat. Thanks Jo!

We had an incredible stay at Roni’s beautiful Airbnb. We were 3 couples with 3 toddlers and we had plenty of space and the kids were thoroughly entertained by all of the lovely green space. Roni was kind enough to let us visit their gorgeous gardens and feed the chickens which went down a storm. The location was peaceful and beautiful and the Airbnb was clean and full of everything we needed to cook every night. Roni and her partner were kind and generous hosts - we appreciated all of the thoughtful touches. It was a magical long weekend and we would love to return one day. Thank you!

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

Great little place with the star feature being the hot tub!! Was such a good space to unwind. Hosts were very communicative and would absolutely stay again:)

Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gute Betten. Schöner Wintergarten. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber. Einsicht, die Möglichkeit eines fehlendes Parkplatzes, was aber genau so angegeben war, war etwas mühsam. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke auch noch mal an Chris!

The flat was in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to the main beach and all the shops. There’s free parking right in front of the building, which was super convenient. The view from the windows was beautiful, especially at sunset. The place was really tidy and actually nicer than I expected. Overall, a great stay!

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Wonderfully decorated flat, super clean. Only downside is being on the lower ground, but then you do get a little outdoor terrace. Lennie was very helpful and accommodating, would recommend!

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.

Kirsty place was out of this world. We booked one night last minute with my mother 6yr old daughter and my 5 week newborn. To say the night/early morning feeds were made so much better looking out onto the sunrise across the sea and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. We spent the day on the beach and then got a takeaway fish and chips. Apartment was spotless, bed was so comfy and linen fresh and so Inviting. We will be back this time with my husband as he was sincerely jealous of our morning view as he was at work! Thank you x

This was the perfect base for us, from which we could explore Margate and take day trips to Deal and Canterbury. We loved the space. Highly recommended for the Margate area. We especially enjoyed the home's natural light, seaside view, gas fireplace, and comfy furniture.

Wow! What a great find, I will definitely be back. Came here for some me time and to relax and the penthouse apartment was perfection! Samantha is an amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to messages and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and SO comfortable and the added touches like milk, juice, jams, biscuits and ice creams made me feel so comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door! The whole apartment is so well equipped and the view from the living room, well I could stare at that forever! Thank you!! I will be back one day and I’m already looking forward to it!
