Our cottage consists of 3 fully independent accommodation units, designed to preserve calm, privacy and comfort. The accommodation "LE NACRE" corresponds to the house located on the left in the photos. Each accommodation can be rented separately or together. A wellness area, located separately, is offered as an option and by reservation: jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

Fully renovated country cottage. Functional and easy to live in, its location is ideal between Dinard, Dinan and Saint Malo. 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Emeraude. In our dynamic region, you can enjoy the seaside or walks along the Rance. Mont St Michel and Cap Fréhel are 45 minutes away. The house is not semi-detached. The enclosed garden. Children will be able to see our animals (chickens, sheep, peacocks, goat). Ideal for remote work. Good WiFi network

Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th and shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

Ideal for a couple or couple with two children. Extra 10 euro for linens and towels. (July and August rental from Saturday to Saturday)

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.
