Monthly Rentals in Minami Ward

Everything was great, for me, one of the most important things during traveling is the cleanliness of the apartments and Toyo's place was super clean, andI really appreciate it. We got very clear instructions that helped a lot. The closeness of the train was a bit loud, but otherwise it was super convenient and comfortable. I absolutely recommend!

The residence is located near the West Rail Ijimiri Station, and transportation is very convenient. It takes about a few minutes to get to Tenjin.JR Sasabaru Station, which is further away, is only 7 minutes away, and it is also very fast and convenient to go to Hakata.There are also supermarkets and convenience stores near the residence, within walking distance, making it easy to buy daily necessities and food.There are also many restaurants nearby, and the food quality is very good.Toyo responded quickly and was very attentive, and the instructions were very clear, so I will continue to stay there the next time I travel to Fukuoka.

We had a wonderful two week stay here. The apartment is in a great location, it’s out of the hustle and bustle but only takes 10 mins to get into the city centre on the train. It was super clean and everything we needed for a longer term stay was provided. There is a big supermarket a 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is small but I think that adds to the charm and the loft space is a nice bonus. Mai was wonderful to deal with and gave us great tips on things to do and restaurants to try.
