Recently renovated studio located on the top floor of a beautiful townhouse (We live on the first 2 floors but your terrace and accommodation are private). You have a covered terrace with unobstructed views of the Larzac plateau, the bell tower of Notre-Dame church and the Millau Belfry. Secure parking nearby (La Capelle underground parking) or parking spaces in the city center, or free parking (Rue des Hortes) a 10-minute walk away.

A modern kitchen space features wooden beams on the ceiling and a mix of black cabinetry and wood accents. Counter seating is provided by black stools. Kitchen appliances, including a stovetop and oven, are visible, alongside an open layout leading to a light-filled living area.

It is close to several car parks including that of La Condamine located 600 m walk away and the parking lot of the train station located 800 m walk away. There are other car parks all around within 600m.

This was our second stay at Sylvie's. Accommodation always as pleasant to live in, rare cleanliness. Equipped beyond our expectations...There is nothing missing! Ideally located, quiet, on the edge of the Tarn, and close enough to the active center to get around on foot. Very important...Despite the overwhelming heat of the last few days, the accommodation remained cool. The value for the money is simply magical. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!
