Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. The Little Dairy is a completely self-contained building. It has a small living room, a kitchenette stove with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds on the upper floor. It has independent heating, hot water, and all the necessary cooking equipment. It was a small dairy from the 18th century until 30 years ago and is all in local stone, philologically restored. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

We spent five nights here, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of this enchanting village. The journey to Stramare was a perfect prelude to the serenity that awaited us. The village with its stone houses felt like a step back in time. Our stay in the lovingly restored house was a blend of rustic charm and comfort. The antique furnishings and the cozy atmosphere made it a delightful retreat. Traveling with our dog was a joy – the peaceful surroundings and nature trails were perfect for long walks. A special thanks to Mariano, who lives just next door. He was welcoming and shared wonderful local restaurant recommendations that truly enriched our experience. Thank you for preserving this magical place and its traditions. It’s a rare gem that allows visitors to experience true peace and connection with nature.

This place is just amazing! You will not regret booking here. Dario, Annalisa’s brother who lives next door, was just so helpful and kind. Every detail has been thought of, including a cold local Prosecco in the fridge which was delicious! We explored the vineyards and just relaxed on the terrace. The views are spectacular. We travelled with our three small children and they had the best time. Highly recommend!

Mirco and Luisa's place is wonderful! We had a great time, the accommodation was very clean, everything was prepared and organized in detail. The hosts are very nice and helpful and self check-in was very easy. The outdoor kitchen is truly magnificent and the view is breathtaking, and the kitchens (both inside and outside) are equipped with everything you need. We absolutely recommend it if you want to take a break from the chaos and relax in the greenery. CRAZY!

Staying with Paolo was great, everything matched the description and photos, communication was top notch, we found it right away and got inside without any problems. Kitchen and bathroom clean, equipment great. I will emphasize the ideal location of the apartment in a side street, at night it was completely quiet and we slept well. I can only recommend!
