Monthly Rentals in Milford

Pamela’s cottage was perfect! I’m often in the Grandview/Maypearl/Covington area for short little trips. Now that I bring my Golden Retriever with me, it has been difficult to find places that are convenient and affordable. Pamela’s is everything and then some! If anything, Pamela undersells how amazing the place is. The cottage itself is super clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, the hot water worked great, and I could let my dog sniff around without fear of her picking something up off the ground because of how clean it was. The directions and instructions to get there and enter were very clearly communicated. And the surrounding land they have is beautiful. Sadie and I loved our stay and will definitely book again soon!

We had a girls weekend at the cottage and it was everything we needed. Beautiful setting, friendly and attentive host. I love that they are family oriented and Christian. The few bumps we had in our stay were quickly addressed and our space and privacy were respected. Having kids in the cottage was fine, except they went out to play often, and I struggled to keep them from tracking in a little dirt. I messaged the host about concerns for it being muddy, and he quickly assured me the surrounding earth is more sandy. I found this to be true, and also, the sand is red, so this was easily tracked in. We always try to be respectful of the places we stay, so i had a hard time leaving with the entry floor mat being a little dirty. I havnt heard any complaint back from the host, so that is a relief, as we tried to avoid disrespecting his property. Overall, would definitely go back. Maybe not for a honeymoon stay, since the house is pretty close to the cottage, but still enjoyed our weekend!

Truly cannot express how amazing and special this place is!!! Even cuter in person, absolutely pristine and as described. Loved all the antique details and the list of where everything came from! Bed was incredibly comfortable, kitchen and tv set up were five stars within a charming rustic setting. My dog and I drove all the way from Philadelphia for a herding competition at a ranch nearby and wanted somewhere quiet and private off the grid where she could unwind and run around to decompress between trials. We loved walking the dirt road at sunset, taking photos in the bluebells and relaxing with a coffee on the porch in the cool mornings. Despite how remote it is, it doesn’t feel lonely at all! You can tell the owners love this place and take pride in every detail of creating and maintaining it. I wish we didn’t live so far so we could come here again!! We have family living close to the Silo. This was our 2nd time to stay. After finding this gem this will be our “Go-To” for every visit in the future! The hosts are great, Ely the dog is beautiful and friendly, the Silo is the cutest, and the place is so peaceful! Thank-you!
