Vacation rentals with a pool in Milas

Дом больше, чем на фотографиях! Огромная кухня, где есть абсолютно все необходимое! У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Большая терраса и крыша дома с прекрасным видом. Бассейн огромный и больше, чем на других виллах в этом районе. Во всех комнатах кондиционеры. Матрасы очень удобные и я спала как младенец и впервые за долгое время выспалась! До пляжей, ресторанов, супермаркетов - 12 минут пешком. Пункт такси - 5 минут. На вилле очень много полотенец и свежего белья. Чудесный сад, тут растет инжир, гранат, перец, лук, оливки, апельсины. Много зелени и цветов) Берфин все время была на связи и советовала лучшие пляжи и была очень гостеприимна. Мехмет, управляющий домом, тоже чудесный и готов всегда помочь! Содержал бассейн и сад в чистоте. Из нюансов: если вы с детьми, будьте готовы а отключению воды. 4 дня из 16 дней не было воды ( и акустика в доме такая, что слышно все, что происходит в других комнатах. Спасибо за гостеприимство ❤️

Çok güzel karşılandık her yer tertemizdi huzurla uyuyabildiğim çok sınırlı yerlerdendi. İsteyebileceğiniz her şey mevcut havuz pırıl pırıldı. Tereddüt etmeden tercih edebilirsiniz

It's a lovely private apartment with a nice deck. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. 2 minutes to a grocery store. Everyone was so helpful. Even when I locked my key in the apartment, they were there to help me. Everything is like the photos. Fast internet. Really a perfect place in Turkbuku.

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter in der Wohnung von Ulaş und waren begeistert von der tollen Lage. Wir konnten mit unserem Auto alle wichtigen Orte innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Anlage ist noch sehr neu und daher modern gestaltet. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen dass wir sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hatten. Der große Pool und die riesige Terrasse dazu sind wunderschön und unser Highlight gewesen.

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden, alles war so, wie es beschrieben war. Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit die Hauseigentümerin kennen zu lernen. Sehr nette, positive Person und der Herr Engin, der uns abgeholt hat und zum Haus geführt hat, war auch ein sehr netter Mann, wurden sehr nett aufgenommen und wenn was war, durften wir uns auch immer wieder melden. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Für ein zweites Mal währen wir sogar bereit.

3 gün boyunca konaklama yaptığımız ev sahibi Sefa Bey”in güler yüzlü karşılaması her an ulaşılabilir olması sürekli telefonla iletişime geçip sorun olup olmadığını sorması ile çok iyi bir ev sahipliği yaptı .Ev fotoğraflardakinin aynısı fazlası var eksiği yok Etrafında gezilebilecek görülmesi gereken koylar mevcut .Evin içi tüm ihtiyaçları karşılayacak şekilde dizayn edilmiş son derece konforlu ,temizlik konusuna çok özen gösterilmiş evin içi ve bahçesi tertemizdi . havuz hergün günlük temizleniyor .Manzarası evin konumu ile çok huzurlu çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik .

Very nice hosts, all amenities described and went out of their way to make us feel like home. The place was beautiful and was very close to the beach. Will definitely be returning soon

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I definitely recommend staying in this apartment. A wonderful territory with a swimming pool and closed parking. Staff do their best - well-kept plants and lawn, always clean pool area, room service makes their work high quality People at the reception are smiling and always ready to help with any questions. All the problems we encountered were quickly solved The apartment has a good location, near the sea, cafes, shops One minus for me personally - Wi-Fi. Be prepared that the average speed is 4-8 MB/s with a ping of 250-800. Network is an hotspot point without any security protection (WPA2-PSK)

Beautiful & peaceful place, beautiful surrounding, close to sea (5 minutes walk), nice view from your balcony and windows...close to public beaches, café, restaurants and others. a lots to do... very good services...

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.
