Vacation rentals with a pool in Milas

The house is bigger than it looks on the photos! Huge kitchen with absolutely everything you need! Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. A large terrace and the roof of the house with a beautiful view. The pool is huge and larger than other villas in the area. All rooms are air-conditioned. The mattresses are very comfortable and I slept like a baby and slept for the first time in a long time! Beaches, restaurants, supermarket are 12 minutes walking distance. Taxi point - 5 min. The villa has a lot of towels and fresh linen. Wonderful garden, figs, pomegranate, pepper, onions, olives, oranges grow here. A lot of greenery and flowers) Berfin was available the whole time and recommended the best beaches and was very hospitable. Mehmet, the house manager, is also wonderful and always ready to help! Kept the pool and garden clean. From the nuances: if you are with children, be prepared to turn off the water. 4 days out of 16 days there was no water ( and the acoustics in the house are such that you can hear everything that happens in other rooms. Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

We were very welcomed, everything was immaculately clean, it was one of the very limited places where I could sleep peacefully. Everything you could want, the pool is sparkling clean. You can choose without hesitation

It's a lovely private apartment with a nice deck. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. 2 minutes to a grocery store. Everyone was so helpful. Even when I locked my key in the apartment, they were there to help me. Everything is like the photos. Fast internet. Really a perfect place in Turkbuku.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner. Very nice, positive person and the Mr. Engin, who picked us up and led us to the house, was also a very nice man, were very nicely received and if something was, we were also allowed to contact us again and again. We can only recommend this house. We'll even be ready for a second time.

The friendly welcome of the host, Mr. Sefa, where we stayed for 3 days, was available at any time. He was a very good host with the fact that he was always contacted by phone and asked if there was a problem. There is nothing more than the same in the photos of the house. There are bays to visit around. The interior of the house was extremely comfortable designed to meet all needs, and the garden of the house, which was very attentive to the issue of cleanliness, was immaculate . The pool is cleaned daily every day. We had a very peaceful and pleasant holiday with the location of the house.

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I definitely recommend staying in this apartment. A wonderful territory with a swimming pool and closed parking. Staff do their best - well-kept plants and lawn, always clean pool area, room service makes their work high quality People at the reception are smiling and always ready to help with any questions. All the problems we encountered were quickly solved The apartment has a good location, near the sea, cafes, shops One minus for me personally - Wi-Fi. Be prepared that the average speed is 4-8 MB/s with a ping of 250-800. Network is an hotspot point without any security protection (WPA2-PSK)

Beautiful & peaceful place, beautiful surrounding, close to sea (5 minutes walk), nice view from your balcony and windows...close to public beaches, café, restaurants and others. a lots to do... very good services...

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.
