We had an amazing experience at Lolu Village Resort. The resort was very beautiful, well kept, and safe! The location is perfect, so close to all the ancient Anuradhapura temples. Taking a dip in the well kept pool was always so inviting after a long hot day of exploring. All the food at the restaurant was delicious, the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying at Lolu Village Resort when visiting Anuradhapura.

Had a very clean accomodation with calm environment. It has everything you would expect for the most competitive price. I recommend it 100%. The property owner Nadun and his wife did everything to feel good here. They are very courteous, honest and helpfull. Thank you Kranda Lodge. Hope to see you all again.

We enjoyed it very much and we felt right at home. The room corresponded to the pictures and even has air conditioning. The view from the balcony is beautiful. In the morning you have a breathtaking sunrise and beautiful shade from noon. Rajaghani lent us two bikes. this was the very best way for us to explore the temple city on our own. Breakfast was very tasty and is included in the booking price. Rajaghani took time for us and gave us very valuable tips. i highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to travel authentically at country level.

My room was large and clean, with a large, comfortable bed complete with large mosquito net, an en suite shower room and toilet, air conditioning, but no eating or cooking facilities. I did have the use of the fridge on the ground floor - beware of man-eating mosquitoes there. The location was quiet and a bicycle was available for exploring the area. There was a good restaurant / bakery across the road, the railway station was 5 minutes away by tuk tuk and the Old City about 3km away. Everything was satisfactory.

Kalum and his family hosted us very well! His wife treated us to dinner as well as breakfast 😜 They advised us on our journey, transport etc! Useful and efficient Nice little rooftop! Pleasant Living Space Right in the center of the city, there is a local market right next door as well as a lake! We'll be back 🙂

Host was very nice, this is a house owned by him and he has a grounds keeper on site to help with guests. Many rooms in the house. We got in late and the owner made sure to come and receive us. The electric sockets in our room didn’t work, bathroom door was a little diffuser to close. Breakfast was great though and was Sri Lankan food which they can make if you ask them. Good value for money
