This has been my best airbnb experience in over 15 years. I was incredibly lucky to make a reservation with Luca. This stay was perfect. Price value wise, i expected less, but the Service was fantastic. I hope to visit this place again 👍

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The super cozy house, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and very well furnished. Daniela is super available and responsive. A mention also in Nazareno, the caretaker of the village: a hospitable person who told us the history of the village and gave advice about the area. We'd be back right away!

“An unforgettable stay in a unique setting!” The location is simply enchanting, immersed in a medieval setting that gives a magical and evocative atmosphere. The property is well managed, extremely clean and equipped with every comfort, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. It is a perfect base to visit the wonderful Assisi, Perugia and the many beautiful villages of Umbria, all of which are easily accessible. A special thank you to Gianmario, the owner, for his kindness and availability in communication, and to Nazareno, the manager, who welcomed us with great warmth and attention, making us feel immediately at home. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience Umbria at their best!
