The independent, bright and welcoming apartment located on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse from 1856, surrounded by green hills, consists of a large eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with comfortable futon chair, independent bathroom. We have 4 apartments of this type on first floor and on two levels with two bedrooms (one double and a single bedroom. The single bedroom is in the attic and has no door it overlooks the living room), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Your Tuscan oak tree house, enchanting Val d'Orcia

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Lakehouse in unique position on Lake Trasimeno

Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
