Great stay at Troy's place. We were looking for an airbnb in the midtown Sacramento area that could accommodate our doggies and this was a perfect fit. The outside area is the perfect size to roam around, and also had a nicely decorated backyard that we enjoyed the grilling amenities. The surrounding neighborhood is also great to walk the dogs in, and there is a large park that is several blocks down the street. The hosts were very easy to talk to and responded quickly with any questions. There is also plenty of parking if you are taking more than one vehicle. Overall, amazing stay, and definitely worth the booking if you have doggies and look forward to an inviting, private, and peaceful stay in Sacramento.

We truly enjoyed Michael’s place in Sacramento. We had all the necessities and more. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. This home is in a lovely neighborhood and we felt very safe. Thank you, Michael!

Cute little house with plenty of room for guests. Everything was clean in the kitchen, bathrooms, and the 4 bedrooms. One bedroom was in its own little house, but we stuck to the main house to be together. As for the surprises, we did have to do a bit of a scavenger hunting, but all the towels and supplies are there. Nice showers and everything workable in the kitchen. My first Airbnb so I needed to learn the ropes, but we were very cozy and could get together with the kids who live close by, or came out of state. The house did the job much better than a hotel ever could, so highly recommend this option if a small gathering place is needed. Thank you, John, for making us feel welcome!!

The house was amazing and in an ideal location. We were excited to see a huge park across the street, but never even left the gorgeous private backyard. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. All amenities were present. Easy check out process too!

The BEST neighborhood and such a lovely home! We loved cooking in the brand new kitchen and the house is filled with so much light! Very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood, that we enjoyed taking long walks in every day, and McKinley Park is super close! Erik has taken care of every amenity and we lacked nothing. We felt at home so much that we kept extending our stay past a month and never wanted to leave! We will refer all our family that want to visit and will back again for another staycation in a luxurious home away from home! Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Conveniently located close to the freeway. It was very hot and the pool was great, my grandson had a blast swimming! The bed in the master bedroom was really high and had to climb up due to having 2 box springs under the mattress but was fine for us, might be difficult for someone with mobility problems. House was clean and comfortable!

The cabana was even better than I had imagined, it felt really spacious, despite being a studio. The place is very modern, clean and comfortable. The yard was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I appreciated the privacy, knowing the hosts were a text away. I'm looking forward to another stay!

We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location is perfect—just 17 from Golden 1 Center where the ceremony took place. Mia and Scott are wonderful hosts—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, with four comfortable bedrooms and a bonus game room by the pool (a detached space with a foosball table and a single sofa bed), which my daughter chose to sleep. It accommodated my family, my brother’s family, our parents and dont forget my furry son, perfectly! We had a great time and appreciated how close everything was—grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Thank you again, Mia and Scott, for your hospitality. We’re from SoCal, but we’ll definitely consider staying here again next time we visit NorCal!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and comfortable for our multi-generational family including grandparents and our adult children. We loved the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to airport and all parts of Sacramento. Would stay again!

Douglas was wonderful! Gave clear instructions and would respond quickly whenever I had a question. The house itself is beautiful! Spacious and has everything you would need. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Big with plenty of patio furniture and fire pit. The pool is heated which was nice but got a little too warm. The only negative thing I notice were spiderwebs throughout the house. It wasn’t a huge deal, I don’t think anyone had stayed at this house for awhile.

Wonderful stay! Cybil's place is quiet, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived on a very hot afternoon, Cybil had turned on the air conditioning and it was such a nice relief to come into a cool space. The shower is incredible and the bed was very comfortable. The listing is exactly as described and this is an all-around delightful spot to stay. I would stay again in a hearbeat!

I had a very nice stay here for 4 nights! The accommodation was very clean. Christian was very courteous, checked-in throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay, and was quick to respond to any messages I sent to him. Would stay here again!

This property is PERFECT if you dont want a car or have qualms about finding parking. We were able to comfortably walk to all restaurants, the Capital, grocery store, amd shops without a problem. It was accurately described, clean, well equipped, easy to find, safe, and the perfect location in downtown. It is small but if you only plan on sleepin there, it shouldnt be a problem. The shower is very narrow....so if you're a larger peraon, you may feel cramped. Russle was super communicative and provided clear, concise directions. I would definitely stay here again.

I had such a great stay at Ashley’s house! I stayed for a month for work reasons. The house is cozy and homey. The neighborhood is just lovely, with lots of trees and beautiful homes, and walkable to multiple coffee shops, book shops, and restaurants. The house is well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom basics you could need. Ashley was very responsive, always helpful, and proactive (she check in with me several times to make sure I didn’t need anything). And the off street parking spot was the cherry on top! I have no complaints, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town!

I had a great stay here and would definitely stay again! I had asked a Sacramento local about which neighborhood I should stay in and she said East Sac. I found this place and it was perfect for my stay. Private entrance and never heard or saw the downstairs residents. Beautiful neighborhood with some fantastic restaurants and cafes (I loved Kru, Canon, and Pachamama!). I enjoyed walking around the stunning neighborhood and park. Easy quick drive to the grocery stores. I always found parking super easily. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Communication was incredibly fast. Would highly recommend!

Staying here was fantastic in many ways. Be forewarned that parking may seem terrible, but you will find parking spaces, often quite close to the townhouse. Have no fear! Beyond that, every single thing about this townhouse, and especially working with Batool, could not have been better. The pictures you see on Airbnb? They're completely true to life...In fact, the place is more spacious than we realized. And the overall quality is really really nice. Bedrooms are cozy, bathrooms great, the master suite is spacious and the bathroom is excellent. We had family gather here, and were making dinner together, and we realized that the lovely kitchen needed a few things. Batool responded right away, and her husband brought us everything we needed. Amazing. Then we had a minor family emergency, and realized that checking out on time was going to be impossible. We reached out to Batool, asked for a bit more time...and she offered us EVEN MORE time. Batool gave us faith in Airbnb again. Truly.

My friends and I stay at this home for a few days and had a great time! The home is beautiful and the surrounding area was really cute. It did take us a second to find the air mattress and one of us did sleep on the couch but in the end it all worked out! The pool table was a hit as well. Thanks for the stay!
